Introduction About our Organization
Karnali Resilience Initiative Nepal (KRIN) is a community led initiative by a group of of
professionals from diverse sector like environment, climate change, gender, social
inclusions, social enterprise and integrated and sustainable development from
grassroot to global level.
KRIN is a nepali non-governmental organization, registered at District
Administration Office, Kalikot, and working with different stakeholders at
community and district level.
KRIN is a national secretariat member of Environmental Rights Network- Nepal, a
national environment and climate justice network. KRIN is a local partner for
various environment related campaigns and initiatives at community and provincial
level.
Objectives
- To empower communities towards resilience development to climate change, social and economic conditions through the capacity development of local people and communities.
- To reduce inequalities and promote social justice.
- To conserve the environment and promote the sustainability
- To promote social entrepreneurship and promote economic prosperity of the people.

Building resilient communities by enhancing the capacity of local communities in education, health, and climate change adaptation, as well as socio-economic development.
